• Eligibility: By using Quickstick, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Updates to Terms: Quickstick reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
• Ownership: All content, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, and website materials are the intellectual property of Quickstick and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
• Acceptance: By placing an order through Quickstick, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Quickstick. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order when necessary.
• Product Customization: Customers are solely responsible for reviewing submitted designs, names, logos, device models, colors, and specifications before confirming the order.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may be updated without prior notice.
• Payment: Production of customized products begins only after successful payment confirmation.
• Fraud Prevention: Quickstick reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse.
• Shipping Areas: We currently ship across Egypt. International shipping may be available for selected destinations.
• Production Time: Production times vary depending on product type, order volume, and customization requirements.
• Delivery Time: Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and may vary due to shipping provider performance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
• Incorrect Address Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect information may apply.

• Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed.
• Non-Custom Products: Eligible non-customized products may be exchanged if unused, in original condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Reporting Issues: Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos.
• Refund Approval: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where Quickstick is responsible for the error.
• Customer Submitted Designs: Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or content submitted for production.
• Copyright Responsibility: Quickstick assumes no responsibility for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.
• Company Designs: All Quickstick-created designs, product concepts, graphics, and branding materials remain the exclusive property of Quickstick unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unauthorized Reproduction: Reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use of Quickstick designs without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Quickstick shall not be liable for:
• Delays caused by shipping providers, customs, force majeure events, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Minor color variations between digital screen previews and printed products.
• Customer errors including incorrect model selection, spelling mistakes, uploaded files, dimensions, or customization instructions approved by the customer.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
In all cases, Quickstick’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the affected order.
By using our Site, you agree not to:
• Submit unlawful, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Upload copyrighted materials without authorization.
• Attempt to compromise the security, functionality, or operation of the Site.
• Use Quickstick services for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
Quickstick reserves the right to reject, remove, or cancel any order containing content that violates applicable laws, public morals, intellectual property rights, or company policies.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising from the use of the Site, products, or services shall first be addressed through direct communication with Quickstick in an effort to reach an amicable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
